Rest areas Rinkotas camp INTERNAL RULES OF CONDUCT

 

Visitors to the recreation area (representatives of groups) are registered in the journal.

 

RESORT VISITORS MUST:

• Upon arrival at the resort, pay the full fee for the planned vacation.

• If the visitors do not stay for the scheduled time, the hosts are not obliged to refund the money for the missed time.

• Familiarize yourself with internal behavior and fire prevention and safety rules.

• After ordering additional paid services at the resort, pay for them immediately.

• When reserving a place in the resort or the entire resort, pay a 30% reservation fee in advance, which
will be included in the settlement upon arrival at the resort. If you make a reservation but do not arrive at the agreed time, the reservation fee is not refunded.

• Before leaving the resort, leave the area in an orderly manner. For damaged inventory or
other material values to be settled immediately at market prices.

• Do not cause inconvenience to other visitors of the resort with their behavior to rest peacefully and use common facilities and the territory of the resort.

• The owners of the resort are not responsible for the safety of personal belongings.

• Do not disturb the peaceful rest of other guests.

• At the end of the stay, leave the resort until the agreed booking time.

IT IS PROHIBITED IN THE RECREATION AREA:

• Make noise, disturb the peaceful rest of other vacationers.

• Throwing rubbish, containers and food waste, littering.

• Cut bushes and trees.

• Build fires in non-designated fire pits.

• Park cars, tents, campers closer than 25 m to the water.

RESPONSIBILITY OF VISITORS:

• Fully responsible for damaged or destroyed movable and immovable property at the resort. In case of damage to the property of the owners of the resort, the visitor undertakes to compensate according to the market price.

• The owners of the resort are not responsible if the visitor or his children are injured, due to their own actions or the actions of the persons accompanying them.

• Take care of the pet brought to the resort together, do not leave it unattended and be responsible for its actions.

• To comply with public order laws established by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Lithuania. If public order is disturbed by shouting, whistling, loud singing, playing musical instruments, playing music from audio equipment or other sound devices, administrative liability is provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

FIRE PREVENTION AND SAFE BEHAVIOR RULES

 

VISITORS MUST:

• Do not leave open flames or embers unattended.

• Make fire only in equipped fireplaces or fireplaces.

• Grills and barbecues should only be used when raised 30 cm from the ground.

• When lighting the fireplace, do not leave children unattended and do not allow children to light or play with burning sticks, firewood or embers.

• Children can swim, ride a boat, ride a water bike only with adults and wearing life jackets.

• Do not use any firearms or other weapons.

• Behave without endangering the health and life of yourself and other vacationers.

• Use sports equipment only for its intended purpose.

• Every visitor to the resort is responsible for the quality of the food he brings.

• The service provider is not responsible if the visitor or his children are injured or violate the rules of safe behavior.

• The main customer – the person registered in the registration log – is responsible for the noise caused by himself or other persons present in the resort area between 22:00 and 08:00.

• The main customer-person registered in the registration log is responsible for familiarizing the visitors together at the resort with these rules.

• Visitors to the resort are responsible for other possible accidents that may occur in the children’s playground, sports field, swimming in the lake.

• The visitors of the resort are responsible for accidents and their consequences that occurred due to the use of alcohol or narcotic substances.

• The main customer, a person registered in the registration log, undertakes to familiarize the visitors of the resort with the fire safety rules, rules of internal behavior and is fully responsible for the observance of these rules by the visitors who are at the resort together. The main customer bears the responsibility towards the owners of the resort, ensures the established order and the concept of private ownership in the homestead territory.
